Engineering & AI Affiliate Program

The Referral and Affiliate Program operated by Shivaryan Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. is designed for consultants, technical advisors, agency owners, software engineers, and professional connectors who want a dependable, lucrative framework to monetize qualified enterprise and startup introductions.

• You introduce a founder, operator, or decision-maker seeking bespoke software engineering, enterprise AI agent workflows, or custom cloud portals.
• Our technical leadership evaluates the lead, conducts comprehensive architectural discovery, scopes the system requirements, and leads technical sales.
• Upon verified contract execution and client payment clearance, you receive milestone-based engineering commissions and recurring retainer payouts.

All attribution is managed transparently via direct email introductions, collaborative lead tracking sheets, and written client confirmations.

Referral commissions apply strictly to qualified contracts within our primary high-ticket engineering categories:

• AI & Agentic Development: Custom LLM agents, multi-agent autonomous pipelines, RAG search systems, private vector databases, and production Voice AI agents (using Vapi and Retell AI).
• Business Automation: Enterprise n8n workflow orchestration, custom WhatsApp AI integrations, multi-system CRM automations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and automated financial pipelines.
• Custom Software & SaaS: Bespoke React/TypeScript web applications, Supabase and PostgreSQL backend architectures, scalable multi-tenant SaaS products, and enterprise client portals.
• Supporting Deliverables: Standard website maintenance, hosting, and SLA security care plans are eligible as supporting, secondary deliverables.

Pass-through hardware, third-party software subscriptions, and ad spend do not count toward commissionable revenue.

Our commission model is structured around high-ticket engineering economics:

• One-Time Engineering Builds (10%–15%): Paid on the total net project value for bespoke AI development, SaaS platforms, and custom software systems. Specific rate is established based on deal size and partner involvement during technical discovery.
• Recurring Automation & SLA Retainers (5%–10%): Monthly recurring payout on ongoing maintenance agreements, enterprise n8n workflow retainers, and Voice AI operational retainers for up to 12 consecutive active months.
• Definition of “Net Value”: The actual cash amount received and cleared by Shivaryan Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd., excluding government taxes (GST/VAT), third-party payment gateway processing fees, refunds, and direct external cloud pass-through expenses.

Commissions are released promptly following verified receipt and clearance of client funds into our bank accounts:

• Milestone-Based Builds: Payouts are distributed proportionately as client milestone payments are cleared (e.g., discovery release, alpha release, production launch).
• Monthly Retainers: Retainer commissions are calculated and transferred within 10 business days of monthly invoice clearance by the referred client.

All commission agreements and specific percentages are confirmed in writing prior to commencing technical scoping.

To qualify for referral compensation, the prospective lead must meet the following criteria:

• The introduction must be made directly by you via email to shivaryaninfotech@gmail.com or via our verified partner intake form.
• The client must not currently be in active negotiation, proposal, or scoping discussions with Shivaryan Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd.
• The prospective client must confirm the introduction in writing during discovery.
• The client must formally execute a software services agreement directly with our company.

As an official referral partner, you agree to:

• Represent Shivaryan Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. ethically, professionally, and accurately.
• Avoid making binding technical guarantees, unauthorized pricing commitments, or false timeline promises.
• Adhere strictly to client confidentiality and data privacy practices.
• Respect that partners operate as independent contractors, with no legal authority to bind the company.

We deliberately avoid opaque affiliate links or manufactured tracking portals that obscure deal status. Instead, we build trust through direct, documented verification:

• Email Introductions: Direct intro threads connecting the prospect with our engineering leadership at shivaryaninfotech@gmail.com.
• Shared Lead Sheets: A real-time, shared Google Sheet or Notion board detailing deal stage, contract value, and payout schedule.
• Written Client Confirmations: Written attribution acknowledgment from the client during onboarding.
• Direct Slack/WhatsApp Syncs: Direct communication channels with our partners for updates on active engineering scopes.

In the event of duplicate introductions, attribution is assigned to the earliest verified introduction with written client acknowledgment.

Commission disbursements are executed within 10 business days of verified client payment clearance through internationally accepted settlement rails:

• Domestic Bank Wire (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS for India)
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• International SWIFT Wire Transfer
• Wise / Stripe Payouts for global partners

Partners are responsible for submitting accurate bank details and complying with local tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

No referral commission shall be payable under the following circumstances:

• The prospective client fails to clear project milestone payments.
• The lead was already engaged in our active sales pipeline within the preceding 90 days.
• The project is terminated or refunded prior to production milestone clearance.
• The partner engages in unethical conduct, deceptive marketing, or misleading claims.
• Sub-contracted or pass-through expenses where our firm acts solely as an orchestrator.

Partners frequently gain visibility into proprietary software architectures, enterprise pricing models, and client specifications. All technical documentation, client lists, and contract terms shared through this program are strictly confidential and protected under mutual non-disclosure obligations.

Either party may conclude the referral relationship at any time upon written notice. Shivaryan Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to immediately terminate participation if:

• The partner violates program terms or misrepresents technical capabilities.
• Unethical, fraudulent, or reputationally damaging activities are identified.

Upon termination, all legitimate commissions earned on collected client payments will be honored in full.

Participation in the Referral and Affiliate Program creates an independent contractor relationship. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties.

We reserve the right to refine commission percentages, eligible service scopes, or program guidelines. Material adjustments will be communicated to active partners in advance via email. Ongoing introductions after notification constitute agreement to updated guidelines.
